Tradyo up-cycle of the week! From tired to shabby chic

I found this awesome pine bench on Tradyo for $50 and originally planned to transform it into a linen chest for my bedroom. But when I picked it up, the hubby and I realized it would look kinda awkward where I wanted it to go. So I figured I’d paint it first and then figure it out.

I sanded it just to get rid of the glossiness, then painted it with two coats of Behr ultra premium paint in semi-gloss (the colour is custom as I brought them a sample, but it’s a stunning teal/aquamarine). Then, I threw two of my existing pillows from my family room to finish the look (purchased from Etsy). All in all, it cost me about $60 and I have a beautiful new piece for my home.

I challenge everyone to check out cool items on Tradyo and make them your own with a little bit of paint and determination!

Thanks for the new stuff you have disclosed in your short article. One thing I'd like to reply to is that FSBO associations are built over time. By presenting yourself to owners the first weekend break their FSBO can be announced, ahead of the masses start off calling on Mon, you make a good network. By giving them instruments, educational products, free accounts, and forms, you become a good ally. If you take a personal interest in them and also their situation, you create a solid relationship that, in many cases, pays off when the owners decide to go with an agent they know as well as trust preferably you actually.
